The abstract submission deadline has passed.
COPSA 2018 participants have the choice to submit (1) a 1-page short abstract OR (2) an extended abstract up to 5 pages (including figures and references). A template for the short abstract as well as the extended abstract can be found in the links below.
Deadline for abstract submission: October 15th, 2018
Extended deadline for abstract submission: October 22nd, 2018
Abstracts must be submitted in English using exclusively the on-line system of the COPSA Conference web page (Abstract Submission). Abstracts submitted via fax or any other means will not be accepted. Please also indicate your preferred way of presentation (oral or poster).
Authors will be notified by e-mail no later than October 22th, 2018, whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected, and, in case of acceptance about the form of presentation (oral or poster).
Presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants at COPSA 2018. Registration must be received no later than November 5th, 2018 to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference program and scheduled for presentation.
Note:
It has reached our attention that the COPSA 2018 conference has been the target of some scam groups that are trying to take advantage of the conference.
Some delegates are getting numerous phone calls and e-mail messages from individuals offering hotel services or asking about the details of their booking and credit card information.
