A PDF-version of the program can be downloaded here. Oral presentations are given a time slot of 20 minutes (15 minutes talk + 5 minutes questions). COPSA 2018 will be held from Tuesday 20 November 2018 until Friday 23 November 2018 and will be officially opened during a reception on 19 November 2018 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The reception will be held at the In Flanders Fields cafe (address: Grote Markt 34 | Lakenhallen, 8900 Ypres, Belgium). On Tuesday 20 November 2018, a visit to the Last Post is scheduled. The Last Post is a cavalry trumpet call that is played every evening at 8 p.m. by the local Last Post Association at the war memorial "The Menin Gate" to commemorate the fallen soldiers at the Battle of Ypres during the First World War. Wednesday 21 November 2018, you are free to join a tour of Ypres at 3:15 p.m., which will be followed by the conference dinner at 7:30 p.m. The conference dinner is hosted at Het Vleeshuis, which is situated at the corner of the Boterstraat and the Boomgaardstraat in Ypres.
